Discover Pacific Beach is kicking off the festivities for Pacific Beachfest with an exclusive beer competition for San Diego Craft breweries on Friday night, October 6th from 5:00 - 9:00 PM. This BEST IN SHOW competition will feature celebrity judges, awards for Judges Choice and a People’s Choice Award. Each brewery will showcase their finest Lager.

Tickets for this event include beer tasters at all participating breweries and a chance to vote for your favorite People's Choice Award. There will be music, food available for purchase and a sneak peek at the San Diego Craft Beer Garden for the following day’s Pacific Beachfest on Saturday, October 7th. The winners for the Beachfest Beer Cup will be announced on Friday Night and also be featured as beer of the month in restaurants throughout PB.
