Join us Dec. 6 and 7 in beautiful Balboa Park for the City of San Diego's largest free holiday festival. The family-friendly December Nights celebration brings visitors and locals together to enjoy the lights, the sounds, the attractions and, of course, the amazing food.

Ho Ho Ho… Can you hear those jingle bells? This year SANTA IS BACK for our annual Little Italy Tree Lighting and Christmas Village on Saturday, December 7th from 4:00pm-8:00pm!

Transforming into a winter wonderland with Christmas twinkle lights down all the streets, our beautiful urban neighborhood will be adorned with 10-foot tall nutcrackers and kinetic tree holiday displays on street corners, Christmas songs and more. 

The Downtown Chula Vista Farmers' Market invites everyone to come out and enjoy bites, sips, and trinkets from local vendors every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. The crisp morning, the warm sun rays, and the friendly vendors allow for a welcoming environment for the community and visitors to join together and have a wonderful time walking along the Downtown Chula Vista Market. Bring home some local produce, baked goods, fresh flowers, salsa, and much more. There are over 60 tents to explore next to the beautiful Memorial Park, so stop by next Sunday!

This California Certified farmers’ market is operated by the Downtown Chula Vista Association in cooperation with farmer’s market veteran Catt Fields White and San Diego Markets.

Join us to "move your feet before you eat" this Thanksgiving at Oceanside's 18th Annual Turkey Trot 5-mile or 5K run/walk. Register & join one of the fastest-growing holiday traditions. Be sure to bring the entire family, as there will be races for everyone. The event offers a costume contest, the largest teams competition, fabulous live entertainment on the course, and finisher medals for all participants. Free digital photos, medals, shirts, and live results to all registered participants. The event has raised over $470,000 for non-profits that serve O'side residents.
