Sara brings a mix of mobility, strength and high energy to her vinyasa flow classes. You'll sweat, breathe and leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day. She offers her students a diverse and accessible approach to yoga and a way to deal with the stress of everyday life. Sara's classes are fun, athletic, stimulating and challenging with a focus on proper alignment and safety for all bodies.

Gather family and friends for a cozy evening inside a Beach Igloo complete with lounge seating and heater. Outside, relax and roast s'mores around a roaring fire pit with your toes in the sand.

Each private Beach Igloo reservation is 2 hours long and accommodates up to 8 guests (4 inside the igloo and 4 outside at the fire pit). Includes the makings for unlimited s'mores and bottled water, with an à la carte igloo menu for food and drinks.
