Kids Free Welcome Gift at Barona Museum

Admission is always free at Barona Museum!

Barona Cultural Center & Museum is dedicated to the interpretation of the Barona Band of Mission Indians history and larger Kumeyaay culture. The Museum's collection represents thousands of years of history - some objects dating as far back as 10,000 years - and demonstrates the artistry and skill of the hemisphere’s first inhabitants.

Important information! Barona Museum admission is always free! All kids receive a gift for visiting during the month of October!  Play a game of "pshok" with us and win a prize!

Visit our Native Plant Garden, seed library, our student-curated exhibition Peyii 'Enyeway 'Esekaayches (We Are Still Here), and our brand new Creation Story Theater!  Watch our short film on our origin story and learn our way of knowing!  We can't wait to share it with you--advance reservations may be required.
