Explore the Gaslamp Museum at the Davis-Horton House, the oldest standing structure in downtown San Diego at over 170 years old! Learn about early life in New Town San Diego on a self-guided tour of the museum. This house was used as a military barracks, a boarding house, a county hospital, and a private residence. It is the only home left standing which belonged to one of San Diego's Founding Fathers - Alonzo Horton! Each room in the museum depicts a piece of its storied history. Some people even believe the House is the most haunted structure in downtown! Come see for yourself!
