The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) invites all audiences to experience our world, our region, and ourselves through the prism of contemporary art. We are excited to welcome you back to MCASD’s Flagship location in La Jolla. Discover the new collection galleries and the special exhibition Forecast Form: Art in the Caribbean Diaspora, 1990s–Today through July 21, 2024. Whether planning a large company meeting or an intimate anniversary party, MCASD will make your event a true work of art.
Unique and versatile, the facilities at MCASD's La Jolla and Downtown locations can be rented throughout the year, accommodating a wide variety of events for businesses or individuals. Perfect for corporate mixers, meetings, special occasions and social gatherings, MCASD venues can accommodate a standing reception of up to 500 people to a board meeting of 30, complete with technical staff and equipment.
We also offer security guards and event coordinators at both locations as well as the option to have your guests enjoy guided tours of our internationally recognized galleries.
MCASD's approved caterers are extremely accustomed to working in our event spaces, and along with our event coordinators can advise about how to make your event truly spectacular.
