Tour the solar system with the Fleet’s resident astronomer and connect with other skywatchers. Journey through the cosmos with us as we explore a new topic each month.

- NEW!  The Sky Tonight: Family Edition at 11 a.m. on the second Sunday of each month  

Presentations begin with a look at the sky followed by a special topic presentation.  

All aboard the 16th-century galleon for this hilarious interactive show? We put our visitors right in the middle of the pirate action. Participants will be sworn in as part of the ship crew, trained how to navigate, sword fight, bail water from a sinking ship, escape from the King’s Jail, swab the deck and other pirate skills. Performances are 90 minutes. Plus tickets include general admission to tour the historic fleet of ships and fascinating below deck exhibits before or after your show! Recommended for 5+). Embark on a captivating journey into the enigmatic world of jellies, creatures that have roamed the oceans since before the age of dinosaurs. Discover the mysteries behind their stings and explore the unique characteristics that distinguish moon jellies from sea nettles, and so much more. Showcasing a blend of outstanding educational elements and immersive fun, guests will learn, touch, and experience these fascinating animals like never before. The San Diego Watercolor Society proudly presents “Beauty and Beyond”, juried by award-winning artist, Sean Barrett. The water-based media exhibition runs Mar 30-Apr 26, 2025 at our Gallery in The ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station. The free Opening Reception is Friday, Apr 4, 5-8 pm with over 95 ready-to-hang original paintings plus refreshments and the fellowship of other art enthusiasts.
