Providing 2-2.5 hour whale watching and dolphin cruises year round daily with mutiple cruise times. Davey's Locker is located next to one of the largest marine protected parks in California with over 15 miles of protected waters. The Marine Park was put in place to protect this rich ecosystem and all the creatures it supports which includes many types of whales and dolphins. The whale watching is so good that 2-2.5 hour whale watching cruises are all that is needed to see many varities of whales and dolphin. The winter and spring months view gray whales, finback whales, humpback whales, minke whales and several species of dolphin. The summer and fall months view the giant blue whales, humpback whales, finback whales, minke whales, and many species of dolphins.

The Newport Legacy a double level 72 foot catamaran that was built in 2016 just for whale watching with two decks, surround lower level seating, large indoor salon with big windows, full restrooms and lots of other great amenities. Half and full day deep sea fishing trips are also offered daily with non-stop excitement. Fish legendary, Catalina Island, the birth place of much of what we know as sportfishing. Famed banks of Catalina Island produce great catches of yellowtail, white sea bass, rock bass, bonito, red snapper, and dozens of other varieties of fish. Day trips to fish Catalina Island depart daily year round.

Assistants onboard are available to help throughout your trip.
